Biography

Heather Frey joined Notre Dame Population Analytics as the Partnership Program Manager in 2024. Heather supports faculty affiliated with ND Pop with all things grant-related including coordinating and supporting the grant submission process, assisting with management of active grants, and generating post-award reports.

Before coming to Notre Dame, Heather spent over 20 years raising funding and building relationships to support education at PBS Michiana – WNIT, Saint Mary’s College and Indiana University Bloomington.

Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Marshall University and a Master’s of Public Affairs degree in Nonprofit and Public Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
