Biography

Carly Harmon joined Notre Dame Population Analytics as Project Manager in 2026. In this role, she oversees communications, events, hiring, and other operational processes that support ND Pop's research and infrastructure. Before joining ND Pop, Carly worked at the St. Joseph County Public Library and in Notre Dame's Development office. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from Bryn Mawr College.
